Pharmacy of the Year

The award will be judged upon each applicant’s entry (2000 words max). Detailing the pharmacy's contributions to healthcare, including aspects of patient care, community involvement, innovation, professionalism, and safety.

Applicants are asked to highlight the positive effect their pharmacy has had on the surrounding communities and their plans going forward to benefit current and upcoming generations.

Please include supporting documentation (visuals, photos, charts, etc) to strengthen your application.
